Arrange material onsite.

Drain to be covered by plywood.

Concrete wastage to be clear

Unused framework to be removed and arrange at proper area.

Jack base to be arrange on pallet and stored at scaffold storage.

Scattered working debris to be clear.

Unused scaffold will be arrange at scaffold area.

Framework scattered. Need to be properly stack and arrange.

Work area need proper arrangement.

Daily log 05092016

Performing housekeeping (Material arrangement on site)

Found Unsafe Act from carpenter worker. Immediatly stop work, and advise them to follow safe method for the job process.

Found worker without proper PPE while workingat height. Verbal warning issued to subcontractor. (Safety helmet and body harness)

Subcontractor using unsafe electrical equipment. Immediate action taken. Wire has been replaced and subcontractor using 3 pin plug top with fuse.

Install fencing for worker safety.

Toothache. Impacted tooth.

Have to visit dentist today due to toothache. Really wish the dentist to pull out the wisdom tooth but sadly my
gum was swollen and because of that, doc unalbe to do anthing beside giving me medication for the swollen only for today. I receive 2 antibiotic and pain killer, and mc for today. Being told by the doc that i have to make appointment for the procedure and it cost around rm500. What a cost.
